The biggest career risk is not taking any risks at all.

I don’t think there is room for boredom in this lifetime.

I just want people to find the fun in their work, learn in a relaxed and creative environment, and swear comfortably.

I found my purpose and my passion from my cancer diagnosis and have built a business helping women package and sell their gifts so they can share their message with the world, like I did.

The more I get my clients out there talking proudly about their work and their Canadian roots, then the more impact I hope I am making.

I think that what defines a successful person is their ability to make lemonade when the fruit isn’t growing on the trees.

It’s not how long we are here – but what we DO with the finite time we are given.

I like to be surrounded by people who come to me with ideas they are excited about.

I put on my big girl panties, poured some bourbon into my lemonade and got to work.

Regardless of what I end up doing throughout my career, I will consider it a successful one if I am impacting people or the planet in a positive way.

I do what I do because I believe that ‘healthy living is a RIGHT not a privilege’.

Everything I love has to do with subjects that are either niche or considered risqué so I have had to move provocatively through my business as well.

I’m sure people doubt me all the time, but that’s none of my business.

Being able to do something that not only makes you happy, but also earns you a living is true success!

I always keep in mind the fact that, just like in yoga, balance is a dynamic, ever changing, ever evolving concept.

If I'm inspired and productive, then I'm successful.

Putting thoughtful energy into growing confidence in what I bring to the world has watered the rest of my life with strength.
